The service

K9ine Connect is an app that connects dog-training studios with their clients. Appointments are not confirmed until the studio accepts them.

K9ine Connect is made by Balanced K9ines (Johnny Hammond). Each studio sets its own services, prices and policies and is responsible for the services it provides.

Your account

Give accurate contact details and keep your login private. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time inside the app.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. A studio may also accept payment in person. Prices, refunds and cancellation rules are set by your studio.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, try to access other people’s accounts, upload unlawful content, or interfere with how the app works. We may suspend accounts that do.

Animals and safety

Training and boarding involve animals. Results are not guaranteed. A studio may refuse a dog that is unsafe for people or other dogs. Any agreement you sign with your studio is a separate agreement between you and that studio.

The app is provided “as is”

We work to keep the app running and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using the app.

Beta

During the TestFlight beta, the app may change, and some parts may not work as expected.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we will update the effective date on this page.
